Refund & Cancellation Policy

At BrandLabbs, we are committed to delivering high-quality digital marketing services. This policy is designed to be fair and transparent for all our clients.

1. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Timing	Refund Applicable
Before campaign setup begins	100% full refund of any advance paid
Within 7 days of campaign launch	50% refund of the first month's fee
After 7 days of campaign launch	No refund for the current month (service in progress)
Monthly retainer cancellation	30 days written notice required; no refund for current month

2. Service Dissatisfaction

If you are dissatisfied with our services within the first 30 days, please contact us via WhatsApp or email. We will work to resolve the issue. If unresolved within 14 days, a partial refund may be considered at our discretion.

3. Non-Refundable Items

• Ad spend paid directly to Google, Facebook, or other platforms is non-refundable as it is managed by third-party platforms.
• Completed design work, content creation, or one-time setup fees are non-refundable once delivered and approved.
